Information Session for Prospective Volunteers

Bard LLI is an all-volunteer managed organization. We need more volunteers to better serve our members AND it is one of the responsibilities of membership.

You have skills we need! Come to the information session to see how you can help LLI. Committee chairs will describe what they do and the help they need.

Among other tasks, we need help with:

• Hospitality (all those refreshments you enjoy between classes);
• Program support (class support, AV, catalog, social activities);
• Media (photography and videos – we will train you);
• Communications (write and edit stories for web site and newsletter);
• Membership development (admission, orientation, services);
• Governance (nominations, elections);
• Planning and Evaluation (coordinate work of committees and track progress);
• Administration and Infrastructure (registration, finance, technology).

Many hands make light work.
