2019 Fall Kick-Off and Luncheon

Introduction

LLI’s fall semester kicked off on September 6 in the Bertelsmann Campus Center. The day started at 9:30 a.m. in Weis Cinema with an orientation session for class presenters, producers, class managers, and AV support. Next came orientation at 10:30, also in Weis, for our new members who will hear from LLI President Tom Esposito and other Council members.

Most new members met with their mentors and some took a tour of campus.

The Fall Luncheon opened its doors at 11:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room. The luncheon offered “finger food,” which members enjoyed without needing to sit down and use a knife and fork. That way, the Multipurpose Room can accommodate more members of LLI and our members had a chance to socialize.
