Introduction
As an all-volunteer organization, it is sometimes difficult for LLI members to know who to contact when they have questions.
LLI uses group email addresses to handle questions (meaning, there is a dedicated team of volunteers here to help you). Listed below are some of the email addresses you may want to use.
Some Commonly-Used Group Email Addresses
General inquiries about LLI. The recipients will forward requests to the appropriate committee. | |
Provide technical help to members, such as help in filling out a form or logging in to G Suite. | |
Collect photos taken by members that can be used in our LLI newsletter and website. | |
Respond to questions about the annual LLI art show. | |
Messages to the general membership or a large subset of the membership are reviewed by this team before sending. | |
Respond to questions or suggestions about the LLI website. | |
Used when you need to contact the AV volunteers. During classes, the AV volunteer in the classroom has a way to quickly contact someone to resolve classroom issues. | |

Committee Email Addresses
Every committee in LLI has a group email address. These addresses are named after the committee name with no abbreviations. Case does not matter in email addresses.
